Objavljeni su finalisti 13. po redu Game Developers Choice nagrade. Naslovi su izabrani kroz glasovanje profesionalaca iz industrije video igara, a najbolje je prošao Journey koji je nominiran u 6 kategorija.

Dishonored je nominiran u 4 kategorije, Halo 4, The Walking Dead i Mark of the Ninja u tri, dok drugi naslovi sa više od jedne nominacije uključuju Assassin’s Creed III, Mass Effect 3, The Unfinished Swan, FTL: Faster Than Light, Spelunky i Sound Shapes.

Dodjela nagrada će biti 27. ožujka tijekom Game Developers Conferencea, a pobjednike će odabrati International Choice Awards Network, grupa koja se sastoji od vodećih kreatora video igara.
